Investerarutbildning – Kursstart 28 september 2026.
Nu är det äntligen dax för en ny omgång av vår populära investerarutbildning.
Life Science Invest tillsammans med Connect Uppsala har haft glädjen att utbilda och diplomera ett 80- tal affärsänglar. Connect tillsammans med Ann-Charlotte Beckman och Magnus Klaesson från Life Science Invest har tagit fram en skräddarsydd investeringsutbildning med starkt fokus på investeringar i tidiga onoterade bolag.
Utbildningen består av tre digitala tillfällen á 2,5h med en diplomering på Connects investerarmöte för de som kan ta sig till Uppsala. Utbildningen kommer att vara en möjlighet att få en grundkurs i att börja investera i tidiga bolag. Vi kommer att ta upp allt från riskspridning, saminvesteringar, due diligence, värderingsstrategi samt gästföreläsning av en erfaren affärsjurist. Vi kommer även att arbeta med ett skarpt bolagscase som ni kommer att utvärdera under kursen.

Life Science Invest AB (LSI) is a business angel network with 120 partners who have invested SEK 60 million in 40 startups since 2020. LSI, through its founders Ann-Charlotte Beckman and Magnus Klaesson, has trained >100 business angels, business coaches and entrepreneurs in recent years.
Ann-Charlotte Beckman and Magnus Klaesson have developed a tailored training with a strong focus on raising capital in early unlisted companies.
You are welcome to register interest for our next training, which is aimed at entrepreneurs who want to understand what is required to raise capital and understand how an investor thinks.
Content
The training will be an opportunity to get a basic course in understanding what is required of an entrepreneur to seek venture capital. How do different types of investors reason? What do they look for and how do they evaluate? We will go through common mistakes and missteps. Deep insight into the process of how investors work with deal flow, evaluation, risk spreading, co-investment and due diligence. Tips on everything from data rooms to strategic choices.
Guest lecture by an entrepreneur who talks about his experiences raising capital and an experienced business lawyer who goes through important agreements, DD process, compensation models, etc.
