I am a trained ICU and anesthesia nurse, clinically active for over 20 years before I changed careers to work as a manager, both in a private healthcare company and in municipal healthcare. When the pandemic came and the need for clinically working healthcare staff was great, it became natural to contribute. This led to me now, almost a year later (after 17 years), taking the step again to work full-time clinically as an ICU nurse.
