Ammar is a pharmacist with an MBA and an MSc in International Strategic Marketing, bringing more than 20 years of experience in building and scaling strategic commercial growth across the life sciences sector, with extensive exposure to EMEA and emerging markets. He brings strong multicultural competence and a people centered, growth oriented mindset. His longest leadership tenures were at Takeda and MSD, and he began his career with Pfizer and Novo Nordisk. His expertise spans team leadership, business development, sales management, go to market strategy, partnerships, market access, and portfolio expansion.
